I will rate this project only 3 stars, as I do not like RWA. I mean that tokenizing real assets is an awesome idea, but how it works in reality for now - it is not sustainable and decentralized. On top of that, there are a lot of problems with valuation and liquidity. For example, the third step in their model is "Performing detailed analysis of all documents and the price of each painting." Who will price all the paintings? Why should buyers or usual users believe that the valuation is fair? How often should revaluation be done and who will pay for it? So I have a lot of questions about it, which is why I do not like RWA. As a user, you have to believe or check the valuation of arts.

Additionally, they do not have a final product; hence, I cannot check it and give a rating for it. NFT as a right that you own this product is a good idea, but creating a real market from a lot of different arts is a complicated task with a lot of unsolved problems. Show Less
