Fiber Network testnet is a payment channel network built on CKB that is fully compatible with Bitcoin Lightning.
Nervos ($CKB) is a cross-chain UTXO proof-of-work blockchain, that I’ve been following for a long time (I translated their whitepaper into Thai :) and operates a two-layer network that enables stunning UX in native P2P and omni-chain capabilities.
NFA, but their token is sorely undervalued and falls into the same investment traits and potential as Kaspa, IMHO.
Fiber is designed to provide fast, low-cost, and decentralized payments and peer-to-peer transactions for RGB++ assets. (If you would like me to write about what RGB++ is please let me know in the comments!)

The Fiber Network testnet supports opening, updating, and closing channels between two nodes, and also verifying cross-chain functionality with Bitcoin's Lightning Network.
