All in one solution or maybe one stop solution for researchers/builders and VCs to benefit from tinder in WEB 3 type of solution with a detailed on/offchain data, great and yet a very simple solution that was missing, in my view in the industry.

Socials:
Given universality of the platform market research needs to be conducted how other direct and direct competitors developed their social media and growth hacking strategy to bring both B2B as well as B2C end users to benefit from the solution
Podcast/spaces:
There are several successful cases that are subject for more scrutiny, why not to include them in the form of podcast and drive traffic across all social media which helps in organic conversion?
Even though team is conducting twitter spaces already, reach within a community looks quite slow
Partnerships:
Be it online or offline partnerships, there are many options that i could think of:
- speak and promote the gig within events on/offline
- join other communities and develop ambassador programs
- join/develop bigger online speaking gigs, for example teaching up with cyrator is one of the examples to amplify exposure or oberlo
- links to download reports or lessons learned based on successful or unsuccessful cases
- etc....
Grand strategy VS tactical strategy
Tactical strategy is quite flexible and subject to change based on monthly/quarterly deliverables not only within marketing, but also other KPIs depending on priorities of the platform
Grand Strategy is more visionary and philosophical that is solidified by tactical small wins as indicated above.
Lastly, monetization strategy could include sponsorships for the podcast, on/offline activities, reports, startup contest to name a few... Show Less
