Bored Ape Yacht Club, or BAYC project has gained significant attention in the NFT space due to its high-quality artwork and strong, very strong community. However after reading more about the project and its hidden agenda I was disappointed, but there are several lessons to be learned.
The community has created a vibrant culture around the apes, including memes, fan art, and even a physical meetup in Miami that extended across the world. BAYC consists of a tight-knit group of collectors, traders, and enthusiasts who share a passion for the project.
The exclusivity of BAYC is a major factor in its success. The limited supply of 10,000 apes creates scarcity and demand for the NFTs, driving up their value various exclusive benefits for ape owners, such as access to a private Discord channel, priority access to future releases, and exclusive merch.
To be successful in the WEB 3 and NFT industry community and well defined benefits can do wonders and BAYC is one example of it. Show Less
