$APE DAO has approved a proposal to establish Apechain, which will use the APE token as the native token for gas fees and transaction fees on the Apechain platform.
Notably, Apechain will utilize and develop on the Arbitrum technology following the proposal's approval. This is excellent news for Arbitrum, as they will have a large NFT community like $APE participating in their ecosystem.
