Bion wants to disrupt a massive ecommerce experience in a market that is a massive graveyard of past failures. I would recommend the team to pivot to something easier to build unless they have $B of dollars to make it a reality. If the team really don't want to pivot, and I don't understand the India market, maybe there is a chance it could work there, I have no idea. Then, I would recommend adding traction and Unit Economic slide to the pitch deck. Not predictions, they need to test CAC right now even if it's on a $500 budget, investors will need to see conversion metrics before any investment is made. The app was launched, where are the metrics of download and use, how many products were bought, etc? This is the information that is needed to convince any investors to commit any investments.
