The idea is not unique. Friend.tech's meteoric rise inspired a lot of similar projects. So there's a lot of competition and with Capital.P being in the idea phase, there's no recognizable progress or traction that would give it an edge.

The idea is an obvious money maker. But it's also very clearly a securities market. So to get any chance of succeeding the project would need to explain how they'll deal with the SEC.

They have a slide which shows that they are "SEC regulated", but I don't know what they mean by that. This is the most important factor for this project, so they should have a slide dedicated only to how they will deal with SEC regulation. Will they only give access to accredited investors? Will they operate only outside of the US?

The second most important factor might be traction. But honestly the model is such a no brainer that I think you'll definitely succeed if you solve the regulation problem.

My recommendation would be to cut 80% of the unnecessary information from the deck and explain very clearly how you'll deal with SEC regulations. The rest should be a breeze. Show Less
