When Ethereum Towers presented the examples of what the Ethereum Worlds metaverse could be used for and the only use cases that were provided were relaxation in a digital secondary home, use it as a podcast studio / a public events space, or create your own NFT museum with it, yet the team behind the project said it could be used for and I quote 'anything' I think this highlights the real limitations of what this current virtual world could actually be used for.
If you love the Sims or interior design then yes this would seem like this is the right project for you to get stuck in to right away.
However, there is this thought in the back of my mind that VR metaverse's in the future will become a big trend and if the platform does achieve its goal of enticing - thought leaders, talented artists, and highly skilled individuals into these apartments then this metaverse becomes a very attractive virtual real estate and at the current cost of $150 to mint an apartment there could be huge upside potential.
