I have to say, I was very excited to see this project initially, but as I delved deeper, my concerns started to grow. It feels like there might be some smoke and mirrors involved.
I must admit that I did not read the entire whitepaper, which was difficult to find. Here is a link
I am open to the project or anyone else changing my mind, but I would like to highlight my biggest concern:
Who is selling these eTukTuks, and at what price?
Why is this information not clear in the program?
We have to assume they will make money by selling these eTukTuks and move on.
I have a few other concerns as well:
There doesn't seem to be any real value capture here. For an example.
The whitepaper somewhat implies that the eTukTuk drivers will pay in TUK via the app for charging. I wouldn't go to a gas station and pay using GAS tokens, so I'm not sure why these drivers would.
The staking and rewards are based on the charging stations and fees collected. It seems counterintuitive to solely benefit from charging for power. Why not take an altruistic approach and give away or subsidize the charging? Show Less
