In today review I would like to describe the situation about Exactly Protocol. This protocol was hacked resulting in the loss of as much as $12 million. It was possible to do because of insuffient check in contract that is called DebtManager and when hacker call the function leverage, it was possible to act on behalf of users who have open position on this Debt Manager and increase their leverage position in order liquidate it. Unfortunately, I do not want to focus on the hack in my review.

What I found out is that Exactly protocol is looking for someone who was affected by the vulnerability and who lives in or has ties to New York or Los Angeles. They are looking for this person, because of their jurisdiction (and therefore access to resources) of New York / LA law enforcement. However, before the hack Exactly Protocol blocked users from the US, so in order to use it they should use VPN. I found this situation funny that at first they blocked users from USA, and now Exactly is asking for their help. Show Less
