The only useful detail I managed to find about the project is the Twitter handle of its creator, Jack Levin, who devised the concept behind XEN. However, the remaining content is vague and fails to provide any clear explanation. Consequently, I currently have no understanding of the project, apart from the norms and values that the Fair Foundation intends to uphold.
