This seems like a pretty good idea. It looks like they are providing a solution that will reduce volatility in large portfolios.
This seems like it's similar to the idea of hedge funds that manage billions of dollars in institutional funds, but only make a small return per month.
The name of the game is low volatility, not maximizing returns.
