I like how gitroll is trying to find the niche market of finding budget friendly and vetted coders/developers for projects; it is good to find more niched markets to enter into and i agree that upwork, fiverr, and other talent search websites cover such a wide range of spectrum that it's hard to focus on serving a specific niche in the market.

Gitroll is aiming to be the talent sourcing platform for developers/coders and reviewed by other developers/coders; the team seems to have years of experience in the startup industry so that is promising but we have yet to see how they will execute.

I think they have yet to provide more incentives for developers to use their platform instead of just continuing to use fiverr and upwork which already had a large existing base of people searching for talent; it will be interesting to see how this project plays out and can execute on their projected 1 mill revenue goal in 12 months with just a 500k investment.
