Injective is a layer-1 blockchain designed specifically for decentralized financial applications like crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, lending protocols, etc. Their tokenomics wouldn't have been my favorite when they launched, but they were able to get through most of the vesting. They are likely not SEC compliant unfortunately, but with that said, worst case is they could pay a fine to settle if need be. Meanwhile, since they have been through 1 bull and bear cycle and survived stronger, I believe this bull cycle will see them achieve massive gains. I believe they have a chance to get to about $200B of fully diluted market cap by this bull cycle peak in mid-2025. This is because other successful layer-1 in the past such as Solana were able to get to about $150B in their 2nd bull cycle, and since the market is likely to get bigger this time around, I would argue this market cap is not impossible, which would mean a 50X return from here, to a price target of about $1500. This is because the tokenomics in its current state will not be a break to the growth, and since there are hardly any token holders that are massively underwater, it is unlikely anyone will be exiting as soon as they recover their initial investment. After all, the current price is the all-time-high.
