IQ Space is a platform that allows for rentals of NFTs that makes use of wrapping of the digital asset that allows the inheritance of asset functionality, but the original asset is not 'sent' to the individual renting the asset.

This seems like a safer way of renting out assets as the original NFT/digital assets are still in the hands of the original lister, but I wonder what happens to that NFT/digital assets then - Are they kept in a smart contract that only gets released back to the lister when the rental is complete, or does the original lister still retain control of the digital asset, and can also gain the yields of the properties of the asset?

It is an interesting concept no doubt for short term usage of digital assets, and I can think of many applications such as borrowing a weapon for a boss fight, or unlocking rewards/traits from various games.

The documentation of the project does not provide much technical information about that, and I would love to see more about the project before changing my review. Show Less
