Full disclosure: I began staking my SOL on Jito.network because, of all people, a YouTube crypto influencer (I forget who) said there's a point system and leaderboard based on the amount of SOL you stake and for how long you hold the JITOSOL token you get in exchange.
I started in early November and thank goodness I did it when I did it because on November 27th, they announced a retroactive airdrop based on their point system, which is now closed (snapshot taken November 27--too late to stake and claim now).
Those who staked before Nov 27, 2023 will get an allocation of the new JTO token. With PYTH already dropped, and Jupiter also having announced a retroactive token distribution, Solana airdrop season continues!
