July Token Unlocks Total $755M

In July, cryptocurrency tokens valued at $755 million will be unlocked as the vesting periods for over 40 projects come to an end.

Vesting data tracker Token Unlocks highlighted that the largest amount of crypto assets to be unlocked in July 2024 belongs to AltLayer (ALT), Xai (XAI), Aptos (APT), Arbitrum (ARB), Immutable (IMX) and Starknet (STRK).

Here are the biggest upcoming unlocks scheduled by date:

2. July 4: $GAL ($6.88M)
3. July 8: $XAI ($93.10M)
4. July 11: $IMX ($50.66M)
5. July 12: $APT ($79.39M)
6. July 14: $STRK ($45.50M)

Another important metric that needs to be considered is the percentage of tokens unlocked as a ratio to the total circulating supply. The most concerning of these are $XAI at over 70% and $ALT at over 40%.
