Their name is somewhat misleading, but it is included in their whitepaper, but this is given so little attention that Launchpad is just not the correct term to use.
Their first topic is a their own tokensales (which normally is a bad sign), all tokens are basically going to the team and partners and could be that non of these tokens are directly released to their users, maybe only the presale would be your change, the rest goes to Market Making (partners), User acquisition (their own marketing team or 3rd party?), Platform Dev (team or is it open source?)... I am not sure if these are all the tokens, because its not clear from their whitepaper.
While we are on this topic, I think their white paper is more a promotion brochure then a real whitepaper, no technical explaination or anything, not even what blockchain they are using / supporting... Show Less
