Libertum ($LBM) aims to revolutionize real estate tokenization.

Who doesn’t want to be able to tokenize real estate? I want to be able to make a 0.01 ETH investment into some upcoming hot properties. I want to be financially included, I want to reduce those barriers and be part of the revolution!

However, several critical questions remain unanswered:

  • RWA Backing: How will the digital representation of assets be linked to the physical properties?
  • Security or Legal Guarantee: Who will be responsible for the ownership of these physical assets? Will there be regulatory oversight and legal protection?
  • Attack vector: What's the weakest link in this chain of custody?

Until these questions are addressed, I can't give 5-stars. But they are doing some things right in order to capture a share of a $35T opportunity. Key aspects of their strategy include:

  • Simplifying the onboarding process via the Libertum Marketplace.
  • Providing global access to capital and P2P secondary markets.
  • Eliminating unnecessary intermediaries, reducing red tape and time.

Their go-to-market strategy is global, the team is doxxed and has a strong track record, successfully launching on Fjord Foundry and Uniswap. Strong partnerships with Defactor, Unizen, Emerald, Aerodrome, and Plume.

They have also submitted applications for STO licenses in Germany, Ireland, and El Salvador, and hold a crowdfunding license with the central bank of El Salvador and in Europe (ECSP). And the token is live! Show Less
