I'm afraid, given my experience thus far with this project/product, I can only award it one star.
I downloaded the app quite easily and was looking forward to using it. I understood I would have a few test runs to try it out after which it would cost £2.89 per week, £4.79 per month and £47.99 for a year. I would imagine only e-commerce retail companies would need to use the yearly package.
I decided to experiment with both the photo route and the 360 compass mode. For the photo mode I chose my hairband and for the 360 mode a can of Pringles. Both fairly easy objects to scan.
The hairband took ages to photograph as I needed to take a minimum of 20 pictures to get it to work. I ended up taking the same photo over and over again. I was then told I would need to wait an indeterminate amount of time for it to process. I think maybe 3 days but it's not clear. 25 minutes on, the hairband has only processed 1%. The Pringles didn't work at all as far as I can tell.
I also had to give my name and email to get sent a copy of the pitch deck. Such a no-no in crypto to have to share personal info to learn more about a project. Turned me off straight away. Show Less
