This feels like a scam to me, but can't tell for certain.
It's definitely a very strange project. I think it's a blockchain, but there's basically no information on the website or in their intro video. They link to some cool products from their website like "work box" which is a micro work marketplace, but I'm almost certain those projects don't have anything to do with Maro, but then the second link leads to some DeFi solution that does mention the Maro coin somewhere.
