It's a good concept and I like that they're building the platform before doing a token raise. But sadly the concept is not very unique. There are a ton of fractionalized real estate projects popping up and Modus doesn't make the best impression. Especially the video on the main page is very poor quality. It feels like someone just pulled out a phone and started recording with zero thoughts put into it (at the very least sit down to shoot the interviewed person form the same level).
I'm giving 3 stars because I think Fractionalized real estate has room for many players and if they find good properties, then it might as well work out. But the presentation needs to be a lot better. Show Less
