This is a fantastic concept, but it looks very early stage. Buyer beware.
The idea of being able to invest as little as $100 in a real estate project amazing. It helps the property developers raise capital, and small private investors can get access to projects and returns that they may not have had access to otherwise.
On top of that, the blockchain could be used for things like escrow, title and other agreements.
As I looked through their website however, they don't have any proof that their platform is actually working. In addition, their blog has some really weird posts. One blog post looks like spam.
So while this is a great idea, I'm not sure if this is the project that will be able to deliver on the promise. I would wait until they can actually show some proof of getting deals done.
Even if this project doesn't work out, I'm keeping an eye out for other similar projects. Show Less
