Nexo has a strong presence on social media platforms such as Twitter for example where the company has over 290k followers. They are very good at regularly posting updates about the company, its services and anything relevant or on current topic within the industry. Maybe at times they like to keep it a bit too serious on there which I understand with their branding, but I personally would like to see the occasional meme / troll / or top bit of banter come from their social media page, however that's just my own personal taste.
Nexo has even managed to try and expand its community beyond the crypto world and venture into the more traditional world via getting featured in both Forbes and Bloomberg, impressive. A Trustpilot rating of 4.6/5 from over 11,000 reviews shows visually the strong support Nexo has from its community.
What I like best with Nexo and how the company endears itself to its community is through its use of its own community blog page (please see link below). Here the company answers all of its community questions about its product development, growth and future plans amongst more other additional things. I don't see many projects being as active and consistent with this sort of thing as Nexo, so commandments to them for doing so.
