Petale wants to be the #1 platform for tokenized real world assets but this is a highly regulated service offering, and the FAQ simply do not convince me that proper regulatory approval was obtained. How do you manage a pre-sale for an asset-backed Security token? Do you give a 20% discount? If so, who is covering this missing 20%? There is no clarity regarding the pre-sale, the economics are not described to a level of details I'd feel comfortable investing. The website is great in terms of professionalism and slapping keywords, but the credibility is entirely on the team since the information is not clear enough.

The company is operating from France under MiCA from what I can see. How does foreign investors can contribute to buying this security token? Or is it just open to European participants?

Given that real world assets are not liquid, there would be an alternative model where the token does not constitute a security offering, but Staking of that token into various asset-back dividend mechanism would constitute a security. This way, anyone in the world could buy the token and benefit from market adoption, while staking pools would access the ROI. Show Less
