My first impression is that there's seriously something great in the making. As I went through a lot with cryptool, I notice some slides and ideas that might need some adjustments later on. All I can give as advice there is: create a onepager based on the "golden circle" from S. Sinek. This tells an investors quickly why they need to invest.
Some general tips: the product and its stability and revenue model alone won't work. In the longterm you'd be sustainable, but it will not attract investors. Create a marketing plan on time and already start networking for grants and KOLs as it's a lot to do for a team smaller than 5 people available for marketing activities, including video meetings. Set up a calendly, but be picky who to put time for apart.
The tokenomics will be something everyone has an opinion on, widely spread from left to right with different opinions. Take one that is most attractive to investors and remember that pre-seed and seed will sell for x2, don't expect them to hold.. be grateful to get them aboard.
You might want to consider to add up percentages for locking for staking. 8% for 24m is way too low. A fluctuation active environment as crypto won't settle for less than 20. Maybe even 20% for the first year.
Conclusion is that you got a lot of business knowledge, one of the better approaches to storm the market with your idea.. but business knowledge is worth nothing in crypto.. that doesn't make sense until you are in it.
