Sorry but how does blockchain provide the VERY expensive energy storage batteries in this story? And the construction between different appartements? I believe this can be realized if a whole new appartement will be build, but I don't see why this needs blockchain as there are already very smart solutions existing that connect over WiFi to the energy stations.
