Price is very near the all-time low, making this a juicy potential buy.
Of course, it always depends on if the project can stick around long enough for price to appreciate. This project is listed on quite a few exchanges and has a decent following, so I'm not too worried there.
I feel that traders don't need any fancy technical analysis when looking for trades. Just look for solid support levels and buy as close to that level as possible.
