The current size of the global gaming market is estimated to be approximately $244 billion in 2024, with projections to reach $397 billion by 2029. Last year, the Web3 gaming market was only estimated to be $24 billion, about 10% of the total market.
How does this massive amount of money move into Web3 GameFi? It will happen through games just like Revolon!
I consider Revolon and the $RPM token to be the perfect “Web2.5 GameFi Bridge.” The PC-based game is the Web2 side of the bridge, and the integration of the $RPM token on the Arbitrum blockchain is the Web3 side of the bridge. The game itself is the bridge!
This game will appeal to all current PC gamers, and they will naturally love the In-Game Rewards (IGR) driven by $RPM (pun intended). In most current Web2 games, the money you spend on anything “In-Game” goes right into the pocket of the game studio. If you earn anything “In-Game,” it has no intrinsic value outside the game. All of that is changing, and games like Revolon are leading the way.
This game is built using Unreal Engine 5, and there are so many slick features packed into the roadmap. If it just makes a few of the checkpoints on the roadmap, Revolon will be on top of the GameFi leaderboard in no time.
