With SappChat in the spotlight, it is the first time I am hearing about it. This provides me with an objective view of the project, and I want to learn more about it and where they are heading by reviewing the Roadmap.
Firstly, it seems like they are behind schedule. Q3 of 2022 is still ongoing, and it is unclear what they have accomplished and what is yet to be done. The list of tasks is quite extensive and doesn't seem to be managed in an agile way, especially on the Front End. It's all very unclear.
Secondly, their roadmap dates back to 2020, and there are still quite a few "to-do" items that projects usually manage to complete much sooner. For example, token staking, buying with stable coin, launchpad, and NFT options are only set for Q3 2022.
Perhaps I have been spoiled, but from the to-do list, I usually see a reasonable amount of completed tasks at an earlier stage. I also believe they could improve their planning by using Scrum or Prince2 in their way of working through the to-do list. Lastly, to make it more transparent for those interested, they could use some graphical representation to show what has been completed and what still needs to be done. Show Less
