40% in the pre-sale which is also 40% of the supply is dedicated to fund the liquidity pool. Which mean if they raise $10M from the pre-sale ($0.0025/tokens) that imply a fully diluted market cap of $25M which is not bad on itself, but only $4M will be in the liquidity pool, so if there is no vesting period, the price could crash very fast. I cannot see any mention of vesting period for these pre-sale tokens. I can see that the team has a vesting of 2% per month of their tokens, so in 50 months (a little over 4 years to be fully vested - I like that part also).
It is also not clear which token pool will be used to be paired with liquidity in the liquidity pool on the DEX (any potential investors would need to ask them where those are coming from, because if they forgot about this, it's a critical omission). Overall this means the early days of the IDO will be very volatile in possibly either direction. Once the dust settle, this could be a good project to invest in, given the transaction volume they may generate from the utility.
I also like that they say any tokens unsold will be used as treasury and very slowly released in the community. Team, marketing, and future development will be under the control of the Team, and this account for only 35% so that's also better than a lot other project.
I would abstain personally from investing in this project, but I may not be a bad one to consider for a moonbag. Show Less
