Silly Dragon, a meme coin that give 50% of its supply to Anatoly (co-founder of Solana) because he was wearing a dragon custom during Breakpoint 2023.
So it starts very centralised, but in future Anatoly might use those tokens to give away. They at least got his attention and a tweet from him about it, which give them more attention then they probably deserved.
