This project gives me the creeps.
First, anyone talking about CO2 is only trying to make money. There is no CO2 problem, there is a pollution problem. The "green" agenda is only about making money and control, not about saving the environment.
Second, the numbers don't add up. Granted, I'm no tree expert, but expecting an 8% return per year seems like a lot. Can you really make 8% on ONE tree after all the costs? I don't see how that's possible in the universe we currently occupy.
Unless...you factor in carbon credits. These fictitious "points", based on a made-up emergency, are again, just a way to make money. This only further perpetuates the mechanisms that attempt to monetize and destroy the environment.
If you really care about the environment, this is a project to avoid. Show Less
