In my personal evaluation, there are three key factors I consider:
- Small concentration of validators
- Centralized governance
- Selling pressure from funds/large investors.
The decentralization of tokens distribution is crucial for the tokenomics. Unfortunately, TON lacks this aspect as a significant portion of the tokens in the ETH and BSC network are held by the top 100 holders, with over 90% in the ETH network and over 66% in the BSC network.
