Few days ago, a friend (a big guy in crypto space,) told me RSIC would be listed on Binance

My first reaction was.. Ok, but is Dog on binance already?

I think we have a protocol to be followed.

As Dog is the most traded asset on RUNES, the most famous and the one that is on more dexes... if DOG is not listed in Binance already, RSIC shouldn't be the first.

What is your opinion?
