"Ripple Labs, Inc. is permanently prohibited from engaging in certain activities related to the sale, offer to sell, or delivery of securities without a registration statement or applicable exemption. Ripple Labs, Inc. must pay a fine of $125,035,150 to the SEC. The SEC may distribute the funds collected from the fine to investors, subject to the court's approval.
