From this medium article:
"A key difference between ZetaChain and pure messaging solutions such as LayerZero and Axelar is that it supports Omnichain Smart Contracts which can orchestrate assets/data on all chains, including non-smart contract solutions like Bitcoin and Dogecoin, on top of its messaging capabilities."
I am bullish on multi-chain interoperability. With single-chain maximalism seemingly on the wane, a future multi-chain ecoystyem isn't just desired, it's inevitable. The space is both full of potential and exciting but also has much more room for growth and adoption. The problem of interoperability benefits from a space where multiple projects working both in collaboration and competition are building to make this world possible. Enter ZetaChain.
A handful of promising projects that have been building the infrastructure for cross-chain communication for awhile now such as Axelar and Layer Zero, mentioned in the block-quote above, but these projects are, still early on and there's room for more players in the game. ZetaChain is a relative newcomer, and has partnered with BitGet to launch a user onboarding campaign with a coming $ZETA airdrop. Like with Layer Zero, I'll be farming! See you there. Show Less
