Worldcoin Jumps 10% After Expanding World ID to Solana

Worldcoin’s World ID is set to offer real-human verification for Solana developers through Wormhole.

Expansion to Solana Worldcoin has integrated its World ID feature with Solana via Wormhole, backed by a Worldcoin Foundation grant. While the smart contracts are still undergoing a security audit, the feature will be live soon. Following the news, WLD surged 10% to $1.61 before settling at $1.51.

How World ID Works World ID uses eye scans from Worldcoin’s Orbs to create unique IrisCodes, helping verify human identity and reduce bots. This integration will allow Solana developers to prioritize real humans in their apps, enhancing trust in decentralized ecosystems.
