I advise against getting involved with this project.

I'm not a gamer, so I won't judge the product. But ARTY is almost certainly untenable from a regulatory perspective . The reasons are the two sections on their website seen in the two screenshots.

The first image gives investors the impression that ARTY will increase in value, which makes it a security, not a utility (The definition of a security is something you buy with the expectation of its value increasing without your own effort). The second image offers these security tokens to the public, which is illegal unless you're registered as a public company or have a security broker license, either of which cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. I've asked a crypto lawyer and he said this project will suffer insurmountable legal issues if they ever come on the SECs radar.

If the founders are not aware of this, then they're extremely inexperienced. If they are aware, then it's a scam. It's unacceptable either way. Show Less
