I like that the team is doxxed - and allows us to take a deeper look into their experiences and credentials, and they also provided interviews from the team, as well as other projects that they have worked on/are currently working on.

The Core Team comprises of Oleg Boytsov (Founder & CEO), Dalton Grant (Operations Manager), Cameron Pino (CMO) and Gaurav Solankee (CTO). Nor surpringsly, all of the core team are also founders/co-founders of other crypto projects which speaks to their entreprenrial mindset and involvement in the space instead of just hopping onto a hype train in gaming, but let's take a deeper look into the team.

Oleg Boytsov has over 7 years of experience within the space, starting off as an Information Technology Project Manager before starting up his own fund (x8.fund), that focuses on both investments and analysis of projects. However while looking at the fund performance, it severely outperforms Bitcoin which they use as their performance baseline, and it's something that investors generally do not want to see. However since Artyfact is not an investment platform and a gaming platform, I would have liked to see if the Founder has experience in game world building as well as having prior investments in metaverse/gaming to supplement his idea/thoughts in the market.

Dalton Grant is extremely entrepreneurial, starting off in the F&B industry and opening his own restaurant, The Jerk and also creating his own consumer product, Twist Drop Shake Cap. It is interesting to see his progress from someone in the F&B/Consumer space eventually making his transition into various industries before setting foot into Crypto/Metaverse building in 2021 as an Advisor for Fight Legends, which still looks active to this day and is currently undergoing their IDO till 30th May. He founded York Stareet Capital, a Blockchain Advisory firm which has partnered with most notably DAOLaunch. He seems to have credbility but technically only has 2 years of experience within the space. I believe with the vast experience across many industries, he would do well as an Operations Manager.

Cameron Pino is also part of York Street Capital, but seems to be still involved in the consumer and real estate space. As the CMO of Artyfact, and a vast experience in Sales/Marketing since 2013, it is interesting to see the ideas that he can come up with for marketing within the web3/metaverse space. The same caveat being that Artyfact and York Street are his first roles in Crypto, and might raise some concerns.

Lastly, Gaurav Solanke has over 5 years of blockchain development and is also the CTO of his own firm, SDLC Corp which focuses on a vast array of services across TMT & Blockchain. He stated that he has had experience with developing and deploying DeFi, Tokens and NFT Projects however I seem to be unable to find any past history of token economy building and his experience looks to be more technical infrastructure in nature.

Overall, the team looks relatively experienced but young in the crypto space, and I would be concerned with experience regarding the metaverse world building and creating a strong ecosystem as the team has very new/little experiences across that nature. The concern of tokenomics world building as well, of course. Show Less
