My tech rating is between 3-4 stars. But I'm staying with 3 for now until I see a couple of improvements.
First, why 3 or 4 stars: To me, a 5 star rating is for a project that has excellently designed tech that's developed in minute detail.
A 4 star rating Is quite good detail, the main tenets of the product are well designed and developed, but maybe some aspects still need some work.
3 stars is for a project that presents a coherent model and all necessary components are figured out but lack detail.
2 stars is having an interesting idea, but it's not coherent yet
1 stars is a dumb idea...
BLiV ranks between 3-4 stars because it's an interesting idea that makes innovative use of new technologies to solve a problem that's very achievable and potentially has wide spread appeal. I think their technology is coherent as putting regular health scan, health boosting activities, health education and other health activities all under one app makes sense and it's combined with various gamification models. However, it's not 4 stars yet because many of these ideas are still very high level. For example, we don't yet know what some of the health activities are that people can perform on the app to earn tokens, let alone having an MVP for them, nor describing the intricacies of their technical details.
So, for now it's 3 stars. once we know more details about what kind of activities are available on the app other than the health scan, I will consider a higher rating. But I believe it will take a few months to get there. Show Less
