While blue ocean strategy gives an advantage of first mover, those who do the catching up could learn from mistakes made by first movers and gain additional and possible invisible initial advantage.
Hence, when i look at Custonomy, it gives me that impression that solution is well suited for institutions that are just trying to make sense of Crypto, and built based on very well networked team members with focus on their potential clientele across Hong Kong.
Accolades:
Membership provide channels to promote the product and test drive solution for corporate members making it easier to adopt new users thru word of mouth AKA Testimonials
Awards are the validation of the innovation, but i would be curious the criterias that were used to evaluate the solution.
List of VC are well networked and whose interest it is to promote, share and propel the project to increase the return on investment
In other words, it's obvious that team members have strategic long term vision and milestones to achieve using existing infrastucture (Channels within Hong Kong and later expand after having some big names among their clientele).
Web/Deck. (The good, the questionable, the remarks)
Both items are well communicated, explained, value proposition, usability and ease of use, but i failed to fathom, what happens if one party loses their funds, i could not see any independent audits that was conducted and publicly recognized their solutions, well communicated perks and benefits.
But absence of audit is issue that can`t let me give 5 star to the project. Show Less
