Most know this coin because of Elon Musk, but what most not know is that the team of Dogecoin is already around 10 years active.
I find the start and current state of Dogecoin intriguing. It is a unique cryptocurrency with its origins as a joke, but it has gained a strong community of supporters who value its lighthearted nature and decentralized structure. This is the Team's doing and require a lot of (marketing) planning.
One thing that sets Dogecoin apart to me is its focus on giving back, with the community organizing fundraisers for various causes, like the Uganda Water Project.. they collected $30k in 2014, which was impressive as adoption was yet minimal around that time! The team is open to collaborations and partnerships with other projects like they did in 2019 for example with Ethereum Classic or NASCAR in 2014. It's important to note that the Dogecoin team is relatively small, and the development is driven by the community.
Summed up, to me this is amazing and they deserve 5 stars. Show Less
