Revised version July 2023:

Horizen, formerly known as ZenCash, was a blockchain platform that focused on ensuring privacy and enabling secure, decentralized communication and transactions. However, in response to increased global regulatory scrutiny on privacy coins, Horizen has transitioned into a self-described layer 0 blockchain and dropped its privacy coin classification.

Despite the changes, the project remains well-backed and listed on various platforms. Nevertheless, some of its previous strengths have diminished. Notably, the trading pairs associated with Horizen faced challenges in maintaining liquidity on major exchanges like Binance and Coinbase, as reported by CoinMarketCap.

I sympathize with their situation; the changes had a significant impact on the project, and it's commendable that they kept going despite the challenges. However, personally, I lost interest and have revised my rating to 2 stars. Show Less
