I would like to dedicate this review in the "community" category to talk about ICP's support for its community rather than to discuss ICP's community itself.
According to the official website, since its launch, ICP has already given out 380 grants to various projects that are building on top of the network, ranging from 5-100K per project.
In addition, the DFINITY Foundation, the entity behind ICP, has introduced a $5 million decentralized artificial intelligence (DeAI) grant last month to support AI projects on the Internet Computer blockchain. The grant aims to fund the integration of AI applications on the Internet Computer, with projects like IC1101, Dmail, Itoka, EMC, and StageAI already benefiting. This is a rare initiative given the current market conditions where the majority of networks (L1s and L2s alike) are trying to preserve capital rather than invest for the time being.
