There is a lot that needs to be proven with this project on the fundamental side, but from a technical standpoint, this is a solid buy.
If it could get back up to its all-time high, that would represent a 100X increase.
But it has all the characteristics of a good buy, tight, low-volume base pattern and a project that is just getting started.
