In my opinion, for a project to grow is very important to have a comprehensive view of the customer journey that spans both on-chain and off-chain interactions is invaluable, and this tool just makes this work easier.
Area to work on I found very useful their demo and all the different articles in their blog, but their current web & brand reach is limited. Show Less
