I recently came across a low-cap project that looks like a potential competitor to Render.

Octa.Space $OCTA

Octa.Space is a blockchain-powered decentralized cloud platform allowing you to access distributed computing power (Both CPU and GPU), data storage, and VPN services.

Octa has a beautiful low Market Cap of only $5M, and they just recently decided to fix the maximum supply to 48M $OCTA.

I like the value capture of the tokenomics, as you need to use Octa to pay for all services, and it is also used for rewards to the nodes.

Octa is a fair distribution model! There were No Pre-Sale or even Pre-Mined tokens before the launch!

As I said, they are a really interesting competitor to Render. They offer similar services but many additional options as well.

I particularly like that Octa offers decentralized computing power from a decentralized company on their own architecture, vs. RNDR, which offers decentralized computing power from a centralized company on Ethereum.

Octa has its own hybrid blockchain architecture featuring an L1 with PoW consensus and an L2 with PoA consensus.
