However, there are other projects trying to tokenize real-world assets so one must consider how this project is different from all the others. Also, I had a question on how the token economic model would work if there were so many assets that would be covered under one token. It seems quite ambitious and vague on how they will achieve this with just one token.

The team is important for a project that's still at idea stage and their founder sounds impressive, but I have doubts. There's many grammar mistakes in his description, which seems odd for someone who is supposed to have been involved in AI. "He previously held position as Director of 3XA.." contains just one of several grammar mistakes. For someone who leverages AI you'd expect them to run this copy through some kind of spell checker or AI chatbot.
They also mention a chain with 50 million transactions per sec and instant finality. These are very big numbers which requires an explanation of how it is achieved. Bitcoin also had a groundbreaking idea, but they had a whole whitepaper that explained how it actually works.

Explaining the details of how anything works is what's lacking for me. I suggest starting with a competitive landscape slide to show what makes your solution different from others.
