The project utilizes two primary tokens: $SOPH and $GUARD.
$SOPH is used for various transactions such as buying and selling in-game assets, staking to earn rewards, completing tasks, accessing memberships, and upgrading features. Additionally, it offers GameFI features such as borrowing, lending, and collateralizing.
On the other hand, $GUARD is a governance token held by Sophia's Guardians who regulate the development of Sophia's self-consciousness and design the game's evolution. Its utility includes regulating Sophia's evolution into the singularity, establishing ecosystem constitutional principles, proposing amendments and new principles, and voting on disputes.
Although SOPH's utility seems beneficial for holders, GUARD's utility is not. Holders of GUARD should benefit from project growth by providing them with a share in project revenue, not just proposing or voting. Plus, the lack of important information such as token distribution, release schedule, and other specifics is concerning about the seriousness of this project, especially since the project is three years old and has already released two versions of its white paper. This lack of effort may cause some to view the project as too meager, resulting in a rating of two stars from me.
